For Magic Beyond Genius LLP:

Magic Beyond Genius LLP’s all product and services’ sales will be Final and NO refunds will be provided once the order is placed. Order once placed and paid, will Not be able to be cancelled.

All The fine art prints created and produced by Magic Beyond Genius LLP is the intellectual property of Magic Beyond Genius LLP. NO entity and organisation for any reason whatsoever, can imitate, use or create products and services based on our design foundation/photographs and digital assets.

No one other than Magic Beyond Genius LLP should create NFT (neither original design nor modified designs using our design properties, language, colours, shape, size, fonts and structure whatsoever) digital images of our photographs and sell either online, physically or through/via any other platforms and sources whatsoever.

Not complying with our above terms and conditions, will result in an extremely strong legal action against the persons and institutions/entities involved directly and indirectly. Our products should NOT be listed on ebay and other such platforms for the reasons including but not limited to the following – for wholesale buying and re-selling or any such purposes (Activities mentioned above are strictly prohibited and such individuals/institutions will be banned from Magic Beyond Genius LLP Website and will result in a legal action). We reserve the right to cancel orders that we feel have suspicious intent or are ordered for auctioning purposes on websites for the reasons including but not limited to auctioning for selling on eBay etc. in wholesale quantities and on similar such platforms online, retail or any other form whatsoever.

Selling individual collection prints is fine on individual level and not for any wholesale/reselling purposes.

We can remove any Print purchaser and or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time without prior notice to customers/consumers for the reasons including but not limited to suspicion of fraud, illegal sharing of videos/digital assets, physical prints and or selling the materials available on Magic Beyond Genius LLP Website.
Our goal is to enhance the art of Photography/Filmmaking with our products and services.
Magic Beyond Genius LLP reserves the right to cancel and remove any fine art prints from our website anytime. But still, whoever has purchased the prints already, will get their specified prints (Therefore, No Problem or Need to Worry for the print purchasers). The reasons for removal of the prints/images can include any of these reasons but not limited to, higher website maintenance costs, cloud hosting costs or disinterest of the partners in continuing to pursue this business and keep incurring additional costs.
Products and services available on Magic Beyond Genius LLP website CANNOT be purchased by an organisation, institution and a group for earning any monetary gains for multiple people selling/wholesale selling and so on. If we find that this rule is broken in any way, we reserve the right to take an extremely strong action.
By registering with us, you allow us with the permission to contact you via email and phone provided at the time of registration and all earlier email subscriptions. If you feel you do not need to receive any further emails or phone communication from us, please write to rohanchitalemagic@beyondgenius.com regarding your requirement, prior to filing any claim/complaint against Magic Beyond Genius LLP.
Furthermore, by purchasing our Products and Services and registering with us, you allow us to track your location and your Internet Protocol Address whenever using our website for us to detect any potential security threat, illegal password sharing and other such illegal activities including but not limited to illegal activities mentioned above and elsewhere on this website.
Magic Beyond Genius LLP has the absolute right to change the Product and Services Prices at any time without sending any notice to anyone whatsoever. Already placed orders will not get a price change obviously.
Magic Beyond Genius LLP directly does not manufacture or ship any physical goods out of India and it is strictly providing service to other service providers for meeting it’s business objectives for the international online store.
DDP/Sales Tax not included and it is customer’s responsibility to pay any international VAT and import duties.
We are NOT going to sell and ship to EU and UK respective countries due to complicated VAT structure. We will ship though to 3 EEA countries including Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein.
All website and products & services’ descriptions are fully for illustration purposes only.
For our international online store’s products and services (other than our domestic Indian online store, where we contribute 1% of our Magic Beyond Genius LLP’s revenue to support Carbon Removal projects worldwide), we are 100% end to end carbon neutral.
Orders placed from India with Indian shipping/billing addresses will be domestically delivered in India (This may take 5-10 days to process your order in India and then shipping time estimated to be 5-7 business days or more depending upon the area).
Indian orders will be on 12% GST basis but the GST will not be additional and will already be included in the total cost with Free Shipping.
These terms and conditions are subject to change and no purchaser/website suer will be notified prior to change. It is the responsibility of the users of this website, to check our terms and conditions and privacy policy from time to time and keep themselves updated.
